Frigga's Wisdom Hearth
About the Hearth
Frigga's Wisdom Hearth is an openly LGBT+, mental health, sober -affirming, anti-bigotry Norse Heathen Hearth that serves the Loveland area of Colorado.
At Frigga's Wisdom Hearth we strive to be welcoming and inclusive to all Heathens.
We are supportive of the LGBT+ community and individuals who fit into that spectrum and one of our founders is on the LGBT+ spectrum. We are also alcohol-free to support sober Heathens who choose not to drink due to personal reasons or addiction histories. FWH also supports those struggling with mental health issues and strives to be a welcoming and supportive space for such individuals; we strive to be inclusive of people with all forms of disabilities/chronic illness. Racism or discrimination against someone because of their race or heritage is not something we tolerate. We also are proud supporters of Declaration 127.
If you're interested in joining us at an event, please send us a message and we will set up a place and time to meet to discuss the matter.

About the Founders
Brad and Justice have been following Norse Heathenry since 2011. Rather than taking on official roles for themselves, they act as everything the group needs currently. Brad tends to fill in the role of the storyteller for the group and Justice acts as clergy. Since these are both important titles not to be self-earned, neither refer to themselves in any official capacity of these duties.
Justice was raised as an atheist and tried out a few different forms of Paganism and Christianity, which didn't feel right. Soul-searching and research eventually led Justice to Heathenry. Justice is genderqueer (any pronouns, neutral/masculine honorifics and abstract nouns, please!) and grey-asexual with a passion for social justice.
Brad was raised in a conservative Christian household but he never felt at home in his parents' religion. He discovered "The Children of Odin" as a young child and always felt a tug from it but only felt free to pursue it as an adult. Brad was diagnosed with autism and narcolepsy in his early 20s, and he's very passionate about all things with a good story.
They are married and have been together for over 10 years.
